"Two stones found at the beach"
Found on a Sussex beach, this particular stone arrived with its 'features' already etched by the tide-weathered marks that suggest a weary, ancient face. My task was simply to find its missing half.
By pairing these two distinct finds, a silent narrative emerged. It is a study in cinematic assemblage: taking raw, found elements and placing them in a deliberate light to reveal the 'Bird' that was already there. A quiet monument to the art of seeing.
